Artemis II goes to the far side of the moon

Four astronauts on the Artemis II are headed toward Earth on Tuesday after completing a critical leg of the 10-day moon mission with a historic lunar flyby. Their passage of the far side of the moon gave the crew a view of the moon that can't be seen from Earth.

The made observations and recorded data for scientists back home — and shared an emotional moment when it came time to name a crater.

To top off an incredible day, the crew witnessed a sublime solar eclipse visible only to them and no one back on Earth.

Cherise Doyley, was trying for a vaginal birth, but staff were concerned about the risk of uterine rupture and suggested she give birth via C-section, according to reports from People and ProPublica. Doyley, who had previous C-sections that led to complications, told doctors she wouldn’t consent to a cesarean without trying a vaginal delivery first. Then nurses arrived with a tablet pulled open to a virtual court hearing with a judge and other officials.
