Jackson previously held the record with 13 No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 as a solo male artist. His run began with "Ben" in 1972 and included nine chart-toppers during the 1980s alone.
His final No. 1 track "You Are Not Alone," debuted atop the chart in 1995. The King of Pop held the record for more than three decades.

The chart takeover comes just a couple of weeks after the Canadian rapper shocked fans with a massive triple-album release on May 15 with ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR.
After teasing ICEMAN for the past two years through livestream snippets and unreleased previews, Drake raised the stakes even higher during his final stream before release revealing two additional surprise albums dropping the same night.

Each project brings a different side of Drakeās discography. ICEMAN serves as Drakeās ninth studio rap album, packed with appearances from 21 Savage, Future, and Molly Santana. Itās filled with sharp bars and industry shots, including some jabs at A$AP Rocky, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, LeBron James and Rihanna.
On the other hand, fans describe HABIBTI as a smoother, R&B driven project that is reminiscent of Drakeās earlier days. As for MAID OF HONOUR, itās an energetic, dance-heavy record inspired by electronic and Jersey club sounds, calling back to his 2022 album Honestly, Nevermind.
ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR completely dominated the charts with their debuts, coming in at the No. 1, 2, and 3 slots. ICEMAN became Drakeās 15th No. 1 album, also passing Jay-Z for the most-chart-toppers among solo male rap and R&B artists.
Currently, Drake is tied with both Rihanna, 38, and Taylor Swift for the third-most No. 1 albums among all acts, trailing only behind Mariah Carey and The Beatles.
Furthermore, Drake broke Morgan Wallenās record for the most Billboard Hot 100 entries in a single week with 42 songs charting. Drake is now occupying nine out of the 10 spots simultaneously.
Additionally, the āHotline Blingā singer extended his record to 90 career Top 10 hits. He officially became the first artist ever to surpass 400 career entries on the Billboard Hot 100.
